February GlossyBox

This is my third post now on beauty boxes so I'm sure you can guess that I'm a huge fan! I was planning on postponing my subscription to GlossBox once I had received my January addition, not only to save the pennies, but to also make it feel like more of a treat when one arrived on my doorstep. However, I couldn't resist the February addition once I saw a preview of the pattern on the box! I love the Valentine spin on the packaging, with the multiple lipstick-stained kisses, and thought it would be a perfect little storage box for all of my lipsticks and lip glosses.

Anyway, enough of what the box looks like, what is actually in it? This was by far the best beauty box I have bought so far, in terms of products that are suitable for me. Normally I'll get a few products that I would never normally buy, a few that I think are ok and maybe one which I will definitely use. With this box however, each product was right up my street!

Nougat London is a British brand that is available online and this Sparkling Body Shimmer contains mallow extract, vitamin E and wheatgerm which is designed to give you radiant glamour. Apparently, when used  on your legs, it gives the impression that they are longer, something I am definitely going to try because at 5ft 2 i could really use the illusion of extra inches! The product itself is a lovely pinky/purple colour which is really shimmery and I can't wait to try it out :)

I LOVE the false lash look, which is why I can't get enough of Benefit's They're Real because that really does give the impression of false lashes, but no mascara is any substitute to actually popping on a pair. So when I saw these Eldora Eyelashes I was very excited. I'm not a fan of huge lashes or ones with colour or sparkle, so these are ideal for me and they are lovely and simple which will act as an extension for my actual lashes.

Ciate London is a brand that I have been meaning to try for ages! I'm quite picky with beauty products and don't like venturing too far out of my comfort zone (which is why I've started getting these beauty boxes, to help me try and explore new brands, without breaking the bank) I'm fairly loyal to Nails Inc so this gave me a nice excuse to try something new. I have to say, I love it! the brush was very flexible and the application was very easy. It drys super fast and so I could do multiple coats in no time at all. It lasted a fair few days without having to re-paint so all in all I was very happy with this product, also the colour was mint!

I'm a huge fan of mascara and as I've already mentioned, I love Benefit's They're Real. I haven't used Maybelline New York's Big Eyes Mascara yet but I'm excited to try it as it's been advertised all over the place and I've heard great reviews. Will keep you updated once I've tried it out.

Giovanni Eco chic cosmetics is the no.1 selling natural hair care brand in America so I was happy to receive a sample of their shampoo and conditioner. I think I'll save it for a weekend away or a night over at my boyfriend's house. You can't beat a good shampooing!

The last little addition to my February Glossy Box was a Lindt Lindor Treat Bar. I'm normally a Cadbury's Girl but this was lovely :)

So thats my review of my February GlossyBox, if you haven't already tried one I would really recommend giving it a go, these little boxes of beauty are a lovely little pick me up and present for yourself.

What did you get in your February Glossy Box? Have you tried any of the products above?
