Sunday Activities To Ensure You Have A Productive Week

Sunday is probably my favourite day of the week. When I was little, Sundays were a day to have a lie in, potter around the house and have a relaxing time before the hectic rush of a Monday morning. And I have embraced this gentle end to the week into my adult life as well.

I really enjoy having a little longer in bed on a Sunday morning, usually with a hot cup of tea and whatever book I am currently reading. I like to take things a little slower and if I can help it, I try not to make any plans and keep the day as my own. I don’t mind James being in the house, but generally, I like to have a makeup free day, pottering around the house, getting odd bits and bobs done, before having a long soak in the bath and a bit of a pamper session.

I find that having a day to catch up on all of the boring house things like washing, cleaning and tidying can really set me up for a productive week come Monday morning. There are a few other bits and bobs and odd jobs that I like to save for Sundays that help me to round off the week before, and set me up for the week ahead.
