Usually my monthly favourites are pretty beauty based, however this month I have been loving quite a few non-beauty items which I thought I would share. If you don't already know, Topshop have had a huge sale in store from about mid-June. I picked up some lovely pieces and saved so much money! I have been living in this green, military-style trench coat which is really light and comfy, yet is also really warm and quite heavy duty. Obviously, I haven't had it on the last week because the English weather has become very European of late, but it will be great some September, ready for Autumn. The beautiful brown leather-effect lace up shoes are another item I have been wearing the last few weeks which will be yet another Autumn staple. I also picked up a black, flowery scrunchy in the Topshop sale which has really taken me back to my childhood. I'm loving the 90s vibe that has been re-incorporated into fashion this year and can't wait to get a few more bits for summer.
Speaking of summer I have bought my new summer staple lipstick from Mac which I have been applying every chance possible. It is called Real Doll and is from Mac's latest limited edition range. It is a beautiful soft pink that is intensely creamy yet not overly pigmented and so nourishes the lips whilst providing a respectful amount of colour. Another summer staple I have been loving this last  month is this delicate little black and rose-gold bracelet from Urban Outfitters. It is a very thin chain with a metal hoop in the centre which I think is very feminine and classy yet can be worn during the day as it still has a fairly casual element to it. Finally, this past month I have been loving my Enchanted Forest colouring book by Johanna Basford. I took it away on holiday with me and I found the beautifully intricate pictures very relaxing to colour-in whilst lounging by the pool.
What have you been loving this past month?
