Christmas is such a fun time of year but it can get a little hectic at times what with the stress of buying gifts, busy city centres and rushing around trying to get everything ready for the big day. With that being said, it is always a good idea to take a bit of time for your self and step away from the hectic count down to Christmas day. 

At the weekend I went to a lovely Yoga class titled A Wind Down To Christmas with the idea of escape and relaxation. It was so nice to have two hours set to one side without having to think of anything apart from living in the present. It was such a beautiful setting with amazing, Pinterest worthy decor which had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. After the Yoga we sat and had some festive mulled wine and mini mince pies. It was the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning in December.
