With it being the first day of June I thought that I would do a make up monthly favourites, looking back over the month of May to pick out the products that I have loved using the most over the past four weeks. Some months I don't bother writing a monthly favourite post as my beauty routine doesn't always differ month by month. At the end of April/beginning of May however, I seem to have picked up quite a few new beauty items that have become staples for me over the past few weeks, and I am sure that they will continue to be for many weeks to come.

For all of these products I have already written a post all about my thoughts and initial impressions of the products here on Madolyn Thinks. Click on the links provided to read about the products in more depth.

Oskia Cleansing Gel | £29.50 | Link

This has become part of my everyday, evening skincare routine. I like to take off my eye make up with an eye make up remover and a cotton pad first. Then I apply one or two pumps of this cleanser on to my finger tips and gently rub on to the skin which lifts all of that days makeup. Then using warm water and a muslin cloth I remove all of the product and make up which leaves my skin feeling so instantly soft and clean.

Dior Self Tanning Natural Glow | £26.50 | Link

This has become my go-to tanning product for my face. I like to apply it just before bed and I wake up with such a soft and natural sun-kissed glow. It is great for providing the right amount of colour that looks natural and even, and it doesn't lead my skin to break out.

Lush Cup O' Coffee Scrub | £6.75 | Link

I have been applying a small amount of this coffee scrub every couple of days during the evening. It is really good at brightening up the complexion and really leaves my skin feeling super soft. It seems as though it works really well at cleaning out the pores and I would recommend this to anyone with an oily or combination complexion.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Liner | £16 | Link

I have literally used this lip liner every day since buying it a few weeks ago. It is a definite, "my lips but better" shade that seems to work so effectively at creating a fuller lip. Most of my everyday lip shades work hand-in-hand with this shade and I couldn't ask for a better product in terms of pigmentation and staying power.

Maybelline Under Eye Concealer | £7.99 | Link

This beauty blogger favourite has also been a favourite of mine for a long time. I feel like I had half forgotten about it over the last six months or so however, and after a re-discovery when I was wanting a more blend-able concealer, I picked this one back up and have used it most days throughout May. It is a seriously good concealer that brightens up with eye area and it is so light and easy to blend on the skin.

Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation | £26.50 | Link

My final beauty favourite this May is the Hello Flawless foundation by Benefit. This has been a staple foundation of my mine for many years now, however Nars Sheer Glow took a step into the lime light for the majority of the winter months. As we have headed into spring/summer time however, the need for a lighter, softer foundation, has become apparent.
