I love it when brands collaborate with magazines. I think that it is a great way to try products that you wouldn't ordinarily get the chance to, unless you were to buy the product itself. Benefit cosmetics is a great brand for doing this and over the years I have collected a fair amount of deluxe miniatures from their various magazine collaborations. 

Recently, Benefit Cosmetics have launched a Whole New Brow Range with re-vamped packaging for old favourites, more shades and a few brand new products thrown into the mix. Back in June I bought the Elle magazine in which I received a miniature Goof Proof Brow Pencil. You can read about my thoughts on that new launch here. This month however I picked up too new brow products from the Benefit range that came with Glamour and Marie Claire.

Gimme Brow is an old favourite of mine, this product was actually launched when I was working for Benefit. It is a great product that fills out the brow hairs making them seem fuller and longer which in turn, creates a fuller looking brow that seems really natural. This is still available in the three original shades; Light, Medium and Deep, but has been given a re-vamp with the cool silver and pink packaging. With Glamour magazine only costing £2, this was an absolute steal! 

Marie Claire collaborated with Benefit Cosmetics and gave away a deluxe miniature of Ready Set Brow, a new product launch for Benefit that is a clear brow gel, aimed to keep your hairs in place. This is a great product to either be used by itself for a completely natural look, or teamed with some other products from the range as a finishing touch to ensure your brows stay in place. I have really enjoyed using this product as I naturally have quite dark and full bows, so the more natural the better for me. The magazine was a little more pricy at £3.99 but a bargain for a new Benefit brow product none the less.
